Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging without the seal broken. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at katie@sprintbeauty.co. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 18 Ormeau Ave, Belfast BT2 8HS.
To request a return/refund please take the following steps :
1. Contact Us: To be eligible for a return, you must first contact us at katie@sprintbeauty.co. Please include your proof of purchase.
2. Return Instructions: If your return is accepted, we will email you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that if there is no fault with the product(s), it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the goods are returned safely to us via a postal or courier service. This cost must be covered by the customer. If a refund is issued, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us.
3. Inspection and Refund: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded. Please note that we will refund back to the original method of payment charged only (e.g., credit card, debit card, PayPal) and this will take 2-10 days, depending on the bank.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We take pride in our products and hope you have no issues with yours. On the very off chance this occurs, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will repair, replace, or exchange the product(s) when you contact us about the issue within 7 days of receiving your package. Please send any photographs or videos that you have of the issue so our Customer Care team can best assist you.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
